FAQs
No, we understand how much eating and drinking is at the heart of your event and in the Barry Buildings and The Laboratory we also welcome caterers from an approved list. We allow caterers off list to cater in the Pavilion and Trevor Bailey.
We are happy to hold a date for 2 weeks so you don’t lose your preferred date while weighing up the options.
We have 80 parking spaces on the main campus and 50 at Trevor Bailey.
Fridays and Saturdays 11.30pm music and bar close, 12midnight finish. We can obtain a late licence for a limited number of events at Trevor Bailey which offers 1am bar and music close and 2am all gone.
The bar would be provided and staffed by our team with a minimum spend of £700 at the Pavilion or Trevor Bailey Sports Ground, and £1,200 in the Barry Buildings.
Helium balloons and any naked flames are not permitted in the Barry Buildings. We always suggest that you inform your event manager of all your arrangements so that they can ensure there are no surprises.
